Come see the (Matt) Light @ Harpoon March 9 and get set to RUN!

On Wednesday, March 9 from 6:30-10 PM at the Harpoon Brewery in Boston, Patriots legend Matt Light will host a special event t raise money for and awareness of his Foundation (www.mattlight72.com).  The event will feature Harpoon beers, food from Del Frisco’s, live music, and…Matt!

For the 120th running of The Boston Marathon, Matt’s Foundation has been granted bibs through the John Hancock Nonprofit Program. To mark this honor, Matt is hosting this event to kick off a campaign to support his team (which is appropriately-entitled “Speed of Light”).

Among the special guests scheduled to participate are B.A.A Boston Marathon Race Director Dave McGillivray, Sports Illustrated Writer & NBC Football Analyst Peter King and ESPN Boston Reporter Mike Reiss.

Tickets for the event are $50 or $100 for VIP tickets, which include an open bar with food and (of course) beer, as well as a special gift from Matt.

So come wish Matt and his team Godspeed while eating and drinking foods that real runners would not touch before a race 😉
