It’s football season in New England. And even if our team is (dare I say it?) not in the big game, we know where we will all be on that Sunday- in front a SUPER BOWL of our favorite snacks.

On Saturday, February 2, Chef Todd Heberlein will offer one of his latest cooking classes- this one with a tailgating theme. Chef Todd will be showing how he puts his special touches on traditional touchdown treats and also offering ideas that may be new to kitchen rookies. And the best part is that guests can taste Chef Todd’s wares as he creates them!
In addition to the tasty tailgating event on the second of February, Chef Todd will also be offering a slow cooking and braising class on January 26 and a global street food party March 2.
So as if a visit to Volante were not well enough worth it already, fans new and old can now learn how to use their amazing array of treats in new and exciting ways that are sure to please even the most disappointed football fans.
