North Street Grille’s Neighborhood Nights

The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:
We have talked many times about all that Sol Slidell does for the community at South Street Diner. So it should be no surprise that his sister Robin should be holding up her end on her end of the street.
Throughout the winter, Robin and her talented team will be extending hours in order to share tasty treats and meet, greet, and support friends and neighbors the first Thursday of every month from 5-9 PM. The November 1 event for ABCD was a big hit, and the follow up on December 6 is sure to be a great time as well. 30% of all sales will go to purchase grocery gift cards for those in need. On January 3 and February 6, 30% of all sales will go to help support scholarship and other programs at North End Against Drugs.
So while the Grille may be known for such sweet and savory special as the chocolate milk martini, smoke salmon Benedict, steak bomb omelet, banana French toast, hand-made jalapeno poppers, ham and fig sandwich, and Robin’s special chicken and waffle sliders and burrito pancakes, and as the North End staple is also generally known for the best brunch in Boston (to the extent at that that is their website url), there are many good reasons to drop by and say hello, especially if you are like the Sidells and enjoy great food more when you are also satisfying needs in the community.
